Impartial advice for new and existing systems
No job too small
30 years’ experience
With 30 years' experience in Commerce, Retail and Industry, there's a wealth of in-depth knowledge available. We are totally independent. We do have preferred suppliers and software applications, but these are selected from experience, proven track records, reliability and the fact that the Companies selected can achieve the quality and standards that we ourselves set.
We
will not offer instant advice on something of which we have no experience.
We know how the paper flow through the office should operate. We know where
the controls should be. We know the ins and outs of computer generated controls,
and how your staff should be using them. We know what to expect when things
do not seem right!

Computer Training
Training Tailored to Your Needs
With 30 years' experience in Commerce, Retail and Industry, there's a wealth of knowledge available.
Ask yourself
How many times do you type in the same information?
How much of your potential is realised?
How many times have you said “If only there was a (quick) way to .........”?
Do you positively enjoy your work, or is it a chore which at best produces
something which is acceptable but no more than that?
Ask us
Can you stop me from asking the above questions and turn work into something
more enjoyable?
Can you give me the confidence and knowledge to produce professional results
first time and every time?
Can you train anyone?
The answer is.......
YES, with pleasure
These
days, when you purchase computer software, you buy a very comprehensive package.
This computer software is intended to improve efficiency.
However, learning how to do things is not simple because there’s always more
than one way to do something, or the manuals supplied may leave a lot to be
desired.
In short efficiency decreases rather than increases.
Efficiency improves when you or your staff are shown how the computer software
can be used to cope with the needs of the business.
Staff should not have to invent ways to get around the fact that “the software
doesn’t do what I want”, or even “We’ve always done it this way”
