IT Solutions North West is the creator of all products offered.

Within some products, 3rd party software is embedded under licence.  Where this is the case, you will
be clearly informed and any charges payable to the 3rd party will be Invoiced by them to you, although
occasionally, the first invoice may come from IT Solutions North West.

All trademarks of 3rd party products used are hereby acknowledged.

IT Solutions North West does not supply computers or associated peripherals.  However, we can
offer advice on these and will supply a minimum specification for our products to work effectively.

It is requirement of systems taken on licence, that the licensee supplies IT Solutions North West
reasonable access for maintenance purposes.  This access must be be via the Internet.

Licence fees payable to IT Solutions North West are payable in advance.

Other invoices are strictly 30 days net.

IT Solutions North West deems that its products are fit for use,
but no guarantee is given that any product is bug free.  

Products are supplied as is and no guarantee is given that the
product suits your business since use of these products is beyond
our control.

IT Solutions North West does not share any  personal information
with any third party whatsoever.
