Bank Statement. Usual mail shot facilities by area/region or officials etc
Staff Rota database for a national retailer. Each store manages their own rotas. Staff details are
downloaded from Head Office, hours worked are recorded on each week's rota which is
automatically created from flexible working patterns, hours at basic rate, different overtime rates,
holiday and sick hours are then passed back to Head Office for payroll processing.
Also a spreadsheet at each store to automatically gather takings details from the store tills, details of
Petty Cash and actual Bankings.
Information then passed back to Head Office for analysis and bank reconciliation.
Database for a Housing Association (and also local charity) to mange alarms to enable
less mobile people to live a full life at home.
Database for a county wide charity to help them work with people with problems.
